Mark Atkinson, Billy Vunipola and Sam Jones will make their Wasps debuts in the historic clash against Harlequins at the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi.
Fly-half Atkinson, No.8 Vunipola and flanker Jones have been named in a strong-looking line-up for the LV= Cup match - the first time a competitive game between two English teams has been held outside Europe.
Richard Haughton, Tom Varndell and Dominic Waldouck are also included in the starting XV, with Joe Simpson, Simon Shaw, Joe Worsley, Riki Flutey and Tim Payne all away with England.
Harlequins are also without their international contingent, with Danny Care and Nick Easter in the England camp and Mike Brown, Joe Marler, Chris Robshaw, Ugo Monye and George Robson starring with the Saxons.
That means Ceri Jones, Ollie Kohn, Pete Browne, Maurie Fa'asalavu, Chris York, Karl Dickson and Nick Evans are among those handed starting spots.
