Wasps make just two changes for the clash with their fiercest rivals, with full-back Mark Van Gisbergen and academy winger Chris Bishay coming in for Danny Cipriani and Dominic Waldouck, who drop down to the bench.
This will be the first meeting between the sides since Wasps' Heineken Cup final victory over the Tigers in May.
Wasps director of rugby Ian McGeechan said: "Facing Leicester Tigers is always a big game, and Sunday will be a massive challenge for us.
"We had a good hour in the middle of the game last week, when I was very pleased with our all round game, but we are now look in for a big game over 80 minutes. That's the only way to put yourself in a position to beat sides like Leicester."
Leicester coach Richard Cockerill makes three changes to his starting XV for the trip to London.
New boys Christophe Laussucq and Dave Young come in for their full debuts, while Jordan Crane will make his first start of the season in the back row.
Start
France international scrum-half Laussucq has started on the bench so far this season, while prop Young was an early replacement for Julian White during the victory over Bath last Saturday and gets a start this week.
Crane takes the No.8 shirt as Brett Deacon moves across to blindside flanker, while Owen Finegan is out injured.
Ben Youngs is named on the bench for the first time this season, while Samoan winger Alesana Tuilagi is selected in the 22 after his return from the Rugby World Cup.
Acting Tigers head coach Cockerill said: "Julian White suffered a neck injury last week and Ayoola Erinle's hamstring has not quite recovered, but Dave Young stepped up well and Matt Smith came on to the wing and did a good job. That is what having a good squad is all about."
