England prop Phil Vickery has been handed the captaincy for the visit of Racing Metro in the Amlin Challenge Cup.
Wasps go into the game without Tom Rees, Danny Cipriani and Rob Webber, however Lachlan Mitchell has been cleared to play after suffering from mild concussion sustained during the victory over Northampton.
Steve Kefu has also recovered from injury, while Tim Payne is available again after being rested last week.
With Webber sidelined, academy hooker Tom Lindsay makes his first start of the season, while Dan Leo comes back into the second row.
Wasps director of Rugby Tony Hanks said: "We are pleased to see Steve Kefu back in the Wasps mix this week and it gives us an opportunity to rotate our centre partnerships.

"On the back of last weekend's physical battle with Northampton Saints we have sustained further injuries with Danny Cipriani and Rob Webber ruled out, however we have shown already the depth and commitment in this squad this season and the players are looking forward to the challenge against Racing Metro.
"The Amlin Challenge Cup is set to be a great tournament and we are pleased to start our campaign on home turf in front of our supporters."
Racing-Métro 92 are facing up to meeting Wasps without two of their key forwards for Sunday's Amlin Challenge Cup clash at Adams Park.
Summer signing Sebastian Chabal and Lionel Nallet are both missing from the squad, as are Italian trio Santiago Dellape, Andrea Lo Cicero and Andrea Masi.
