Australia internationals Richard Brown and Cameron Shepherd will make welcome returns to the Western Force line-up for the clash with the Hurricanes.
Brown has recovered from shoulder surgery to reclaim the No.6 jersey, while Shepherd reclaims the No.15 jersey.
Prop Kieran Longbottom and centre Rory Sidey also come into the starting XV, with Pek Cowan benched and Winston Stanley missing out.
There are two further changes among the replacements, with Sam Wykes and Justin Turner called up.
Meanwhile the match will see Nathan Sharpe become the first player to make 150 Super Rugby appearances.
Heading home
TJ Perenara, Jeffery Toomaga-Allen and Julian Savea have been named in the Hurricanes line-up for the clash in Perth.
Having been limited to cameos off the bench this season, Perenara will start at scrum-half, while Toomaga-Allen comes in at tighthead prop.
Savea will make his first start on the wing since injuring his shoulder in the pre-season after Alapati Leiua returned to New Zealand with a hamstring injury.
While Leiua is heading home, there is better news for Tim Bateman, with the centre passed fit to start.
