Western Force will be buoyed by the return of Australian internationals David Pocock and Richard Brown for the visit of the Stormers.
Pocock has recovered from a serious finger injury to come straight back into the starting XV, while Brown returns on the bench having been sidelined with a dislocated shoulder.
Pek Cowan is also named in the pack, while coach John Mitchell has shuffled his backline.
Ryan Cross starts at inside centre, with Mitch Inman donning the No.13 shirt and James O'Connor moving to the full-back.
On the bench scrum-half Justin Turner and hooker Nathan Charles are poised for their Super 14 debuts.
The Stormers have opted against risking Juan de Jongh in Perth, so Tim Whitehead retains the No.12 shirt.
Peter Grant, though, is fit to return at fly-half and he will partner Ricky Januarie at half-back, with Dewaldt Duvenage and Willem de Waal dropping to the bench.
With Joe Pietersen ruled out, Gio Aplon moves to the wing and Sireli Naqelevuki comes in on the wing.
In the pack, De Kock Steenkamp and JC Kritzinger both start.
