Worcester will be boosted by the return of Marcel Garvey and Australia full-back Chris Latham for the visit of Newcastle on Saturday.
Garvey is back on the wing after injuring his hand in October, with Latham recovering from illness to wear the No.15 shirt.
Netani Talei, Will Bowley and Jack Gilding are recalled to the pack, while academy prop Michael Hill and talented young scrum-half Ollie Frost have been included on the bench.
England Sevens star Uche Oduoza will make his Newcastle debut for Saturday's LV= Cup trip to Worcester.
Oduoza, who played at the Warriors, has impressed in the Falcons development side since his summer move and is one of 12 changes for the cup tie.
Mark Wilson is also rewarded for his form for the club's second string with a start, while England U20s full-back Tom Catterick makes his full debut.
"Despite the number of changes, if you look at the side we have selected for this game there are actually a lot of experienced players in it," said director of rugby, Steve Bates.
"The likes of Mark Sorenson, Filipo Levi, Adam Balding, Micky Ward, Gcobani Bobo and Hall Charlton to name just a few are all senior players, and for me this team is an exciting mix of those guys alongside some of our best young talent.
"Some of these players haven't had as many starting opportunities as they would have liked this season, they are keen to state their case and I'm looking forward to seeing how they go."
