Daniel Browne and Michael Stephenson are set to line-up against their former Bath team-mates after they were handed their debuts by Leeds.
No.8 Browne and winger Stephenson are joined by three fellow new signings in the starting XV, with centre Lachlan MacKay, winger Semi Tadulala and prop Miguel Alonso also named by coach Neil Back.
There will be two debutants off the bench, with England hooker Steve Thompson and scrum-half Warren Fury named among the replacements.
England captain Lewis Moody will make his Bath debut at Headingley on Sunday.
Moody, who joined The Rec-based outfit on a three-year deal from Leicester in the off-season, teams up with fellow new boys Simon Taylor and Sam Vesty in a strong line-up.
Tom Biggs and Mark McMillan, who also arrived in the summer, will make their debuts off the bench.
And forwards coach Martin Haag believes that after a good pre-season, the club are determined to hit the ground running.
He said: "We had a good pre-season camp to Aix in France, which went very well, and a couple of good pre-season games, so all in all its been very, very good and we are ready to get on with the season."
