Leeds have handed call-ups to youngsters Phil Nilsen and Jacob Rowan for the LV= Cup clash with Gloucester.
With Steve Thompson and Hendre Fourie away on international duty, Neilsen and England U20 captain Rowan have been handed their chances.
Academy hooker Scott Freer is also named on the bench, while Lee Blackett and Lachlan MacKay come into the starting XV.
Gloucester have made several changes for the trip to Headingley, including the return of Jim Hamilton.
Scotland lock Hamilton has not played since November after fracturing metatarsal against Samoa.
However he will now partner Will James in the second row as coach Bryan Redpath rotates his players.
Only James, Akapusi Qera, Tom Voyce and Freddie Burns retain their places in the side following the victory over Agen.
