Former England international Andy Titterrell is set to make his debut for Leeds Carnegie in their LV= Cup showdown against Saracens on Friday.
The hooker, who featured on the British and Irish Lions tour in 2005, has joined Carnegie on a three-month deal.
Centre Henry Fa'afili and fly-half Joe Ford have also been drafted in for the Headingley Carnegie clash, while scrum-half Joe Bedford will make his first start of the season after recovering from a leg injury.
Jon Pendlebury will captain the Yorkshire team alongside new England U20 skipper Jacob Rowan in the back row.
Debut
Meanwhile, Saracens back rower Jacques Burger will make a full debut for the London club in the round three clash.
Sarries have named an unaltered backline from the one which posted eight tries against Rovigo last weekend, but changes have been made to the pack, with Kas Lealamanua, Schalk Brits, Richard Skuse, and captain Wikus van Heerden among those in the starting XV.
"We know that Leeds are a good team who really fight for everything so we are expecting a very tough game," said Saracens director of rugby Brendan Venter .
"This is an important competition for the club. We go into every game wanting to win and with the current group standings, we have a chance of making the semi-finals although we know that we are likely to need a bonus point from both remaining games - but that is what we will be aiming for."
