Andy Murray practised with Dominic Thiem at The O2 ahead of the ATP Finals as the British No 1 continued his recovery from a hip injury.
The three-time Grand Slam champion, who will miss the season-ending tournament as the defending champion, acted as a hitting partner for the Austrian world No 4 on Saturday.
The 30-year-old was joined on court by his backroom team of coach Jamie Delgado and long-time fitness trainer Matt Little.
Murray, who became a father for the second time earlier this week, has dropped to world No 16 in his injury absence but revealed last Tuesday that he was targeting a competitive return at the Brisbane International in January 2018.
Thiem, who is making a second appearance in London, will start his ATP Finals round robin campaign against Grigor Dimitrov in the Pete Sampras Group on Monday afternoon.
The former world No 1 played an exhibition match against Roger Federer last Tuesday at the SSE Hydro in Glasgow as part of the 'Andy Murray Live' charity fundraiser.
