Kevin Anderson has broken new ground in 2018 on his way to qualifying for his maiden appearance at the prestigious ATP Finals in London.
The South African enjoyed a memorable fortnight in the capital, including coming from two sets down against Roger Federer to knock out the 20-time Grand Slam champion in dramatic fashion.
His consistent performances on the circuit, including a first ATP 500 title in Vienna, have established himself as a regular member of the world's top 10.
Having struggled with serious injuries during 2016-16, the 32-year-old is now producing his best tennis and picked up his fourth career title early in the campaign with victory at the inaugural New York Open.
