Verdict

CLEAN SHEET was well beaten in a novices’ handicap last time but has a slight edge on these terms. He was second in a similar event at Fontwell earlier to Frodon, rated 139, and has every chance on that form. Mister Kit will need to step up on his chasing debut effort at Musselburgh last month and Gully's Edge was still beaten a long way when third at Newcastle earlier. Wolf Sword has plenty to find at the weights but arrives in the best form having won over fences at Uttoxeter and finishing second in all three subsequent starts.
