      Verdict

LADY MIX was sent off 20/1 for her racecourse debut at Newbury but won easily and a 7lb penalty may not be enough to anchor the four-year-old in this company. The Vocalist showed some ability when runner-up at Kelso on her introduction and is preferred to Sense Of Urgency, placed in a couple of bumpers in Ireland last year before joining Lucy Normile. Bumbles Babe is a half-sister to winners on the Flat and preferred to Zarocco of the newcomers.
