He’s not badly treated but has not had a run so far this year and SETTLEDOUTOFCOURT is preferred. The latter only won by a neck at Hexham last time when beating Lakefield Rebel but this looks easier, despite a 4lb rise. Smuggler's Stash hasn’t threatened despite finishing third the last twice while though Oscar Lateen won at Musselburgh last month he reverted to his more usual form when well beaten last time.
