      Verdict

      Musselburgh winner TOURTIERE went close again when placed at Ripon last month. Andrew Crook’s charge looks up to scoring off his current mark in this company. The Kid won a seller at Catterick in June but came up short back in a handicap last time while Medina Sidonia was second in better company at Pontefract back in May and drops down a grade for this. Comanche Chieftain looks stuck on his current mark as returns to the Turf and the remainder all arrive in poor form.
