With eight days to go until Christmas, our countdown continues with England's eighth ODI tie - sealed with a Liam Plunkett six.
The tie against Sri Lanka - just their eighth over 677 ODIs - was secured by a straight six off the last ball by Plunkett.
Click on the video above to see the thrilling finale under floodlights as Plunkett's sensational straight drive down the ground iced a remarkable comeback by England.
Staring down the barrel, at 82-6 chasing 287, in the first ODI of a five-match series, Jos Buttler (93 off 99 balls) and Chris Woakes (95no off 92) stole the limelight to begin with, putting on a 138-run partnership for the seventh wicket.
Then, just as England appeared to be favourites - needing 70 runs from the final eight overs - Buttler departed, soon to be followed by David Willey.
It all left the hosts with a tricky 14 runs required from the final six deliveries, a task that appeared to be beyond them until Plunkett blasted the last ball into the stands to tie the game.
