Sarah Taylor joins England squad for training camp

Sarah Taylor drives for four

Sarah Taylor has linked up with the England Women squad for the first time since taking a break from cricket to deal with anxiety issues.

The 27-year-old wicketkeper last played for England over a year ago and took an indefinite break from the game in May, having suffered from stress-related incidents while playing.

But Taylor, who has made 190 appearances for England in all formats, has joined up with the team in the United Arab Emirates for a three-week training camp.

Head coach Mark Robinson told the ECB's official website: "Sarah Taylor is going really well at the moment and is back in training.

"Her return is a graduated one which is being regularly reviewed as she hopefully works herself back to full fitness.

"Her goal is still to give herself the best chance of being able to play in the World Cup (this summer)."
