Chris Dobey clinched his ninth Players Championship title as he thumped Stephen Bunting 8-1 in Monday's final in Wigan.

It marked Dobey's first PDC ranking title of 2026 as he stormed past Bradley Brooks, Darryl Pilgrim, Tom Bissell and Bunting to secure the £15,000 top prize.
