Lewis Hamilton will be joined by Kimi Raikkonen on the front row of the grid for Sunday's US GP while Sebastian Vettel will start fifth after his penalty.
Vettel qualified just behind Hamilton in a pulsating shootout but drops down three places due to his red-flag infringement during practice.
Hamilton can claim his fifth world championship if he outscores Vettel by eight points in a race which is live on Sky F1 at 7.10pm, with build-up from 5.30pm.

There are shifts further down the field, too.
Max Verstappen is set to start 18th after taking a gearbox penalty.
The Toro Rossos, meanwhile, will start at the back as both Pierre Gasly and Brendon Hartley have new Honda engines this weekend.
