Valtteri Bottas starts on pole ahead of Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel at the Russian GP, but there are raft of grid penalties further back in the field.
Red Bull's Daniel Ricciardo and Max Verstappen will line up in 18th and 19th after several engine changes, while Brendon Hartley will be at the back of the grid after taking an extra late penalty. His Toro Rosso team-mate Pierre Gasly is 17th.
Fernando Alonso, another penalised driver, is 16th for McLaren, just behind Stoffel Vandoorne,
Those demotions have lifted both Williams drivers up a few places, while Carlos Sainz and Nico Hulkenberg have free tyre strategy from just outside the top 10 after Renault opted not to set a time during Q2 in qualifying.
