The NFL's All-Star event takes place this Sunday, kicking off live on Sky Sports Arena from 7.30pm.
This year's event will see Kansas City Chiefs superstar quarterback Patrick Mahomes lead the AFC, while the NFC have an imposing looking stable of running backs - Ezekiel Elliott, rookie of the year candidate Saquon Barkley, and Alvin Kamara - at their disposal.
But what exactly is the Pro Bowl? Sky Sports explains how the NFL's star-studded match-up works...
The Pro Bowl is the NFL's all-star game, featuring the best players from the American Football Conference (AFC) and the National Football Conference (NFC), at the end of the NFL season.
Until 2010, the Pro Bowl was played the week after the Super Bowl, but was moved to the week before to increase the appeal of the event.
That does mean, however, that star names such as New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady Los Angeles Rams running back Todd Gurley won't be featuring, despite being voted as starters for the game, as they will be busy preparing for Super Bowl LIII in Atlanta on Sunday, February 3.
The 2019 Pro Bowl will be played in Orlando, Florida on Sunday, with live coverage getting underway on Sky Sports USA (channel 407) from 7.45pm UK time.
Between 2014 and 2016, the NFL experimented with the same drafting selection system that had been employed by the NHL since 2011, in which fans, players and coaches voted for the best players in the NFL, regardless of their conference.
However, last year saw the Pro Bowl return to the original conferenced format that had been commonplace for over 40 years before: the best players from the AFC locking horns with the best players from the NFC.
Each 44-man squad is still chosen by fans, players and coaches via a voting system for every position.
However, as well some players being lost to the Super Bowl, other selections like dominant receiver trio Julio Jones, DeAndre Hopkins and Michael Thomas, among others, have been lost to injury or are being rested at the end of a long, hard season.
This year, Los Angeles Chargers head coach Anthony Lynn will coach the AFC, while Dallas Cowboys HC Jason Garrett will take charge of the NFC.
