Peter Bowen feels Rons Dream will be well suited to the extreme test of stamina in next month's Betfred Eider Chase at Newcastle.
The Haverfordwest handler is leaning towards making the extended four-mile contest the next target for the multiple Listed winner after she finished fourth in last month's Welsh Grand National at Chepstow.
Bowen said: "She will have an entry in the Eider Chase and probably go for that next. I might have a look what is about in Ireland, but I need to look through the programme book.
"I've given her two weeks off after the Welsh National as it was a gruelling race. She ran an absolute blinder and stayed on really well.
"She will like the trip in the Eider and it is normally soft, so she will be all right on that ground."
