Richard Fahey with an unmissable horse-by-horse guide to his Saturday team including three Ayr Gold Cup runners.

Another Touch is our first runner at Ayr on Saturday in the QTS/EBF British Stallion Studs Nursery. He found the trip too sharp in the big sales race at Doncaster last time and going back to a mile will really suit him. It's a competitive race but he has a chance.

Mustique is taking a marked step up in class in the William Hill Firth Of Clyde Stakes but my hand has been forced a little. The handicapper won't give her a rating so we're having to go here. I was impressed with her debut win from a bad draw and she's in good form so it will be interesting to see how she goes.

We've three runners in the William Hill Ayr Silver Cup.

Tatlisu has run some good races there before but always seems to be found wanting on the very big days. That said he drops down a grade here and is in good form at home.

George Bowen did well to win in Ireland at the weekend from a terrible draw. Jamie Spencer gave him a great ride that day. We're very pleased with him and he must have a great chance.

Steve Prescott is somewhat in-and-out. He's hard to predict but if this was a going day he'd be another of mine with a squeak.

Onto the Ayr Gold Cup and we have the long-time favourite in Don't Touch. He brings a 100% record to the race and is progressing well. I don't think he really handled Ripon the last day but his ability meant he was able to get away with it and win the Great St Wilfrid.

He needs to man up here as this is a tougher assignment but I've no doubt he has the talent to win an Ayr Gold Cup. He's a horse we've always really liked.

We have two other runners and both have been great servants to the yard. Rene Mathis is a good, hardy horse and one you'd never draw a line through. He needs a lifetime best to win this from a mark of 101 but is in great form.

In many ways the same comments apply to Heaven's Guest. He finished fourth in the last two runnings of this race and now tries to win it from a higher rating. It's hard to argue he should be able to but then again this horse has been an absolute star and I wouldn't rule it out.

I've stuck a pair of blinkers on Gabrial's Kaka in the William Hill Ayrshire Handicap as he has been a bit disappointing. He never got a run at Chester last time, every time he wanted to get out he had nowhere to go. He's a horse who likes to come with one, long run, and we might just ride him differently here. I'll take a look at the race in detail and see where the pace is. Any rain would help and he is undoubtedly very well handicapped.

I've always wanted to try Right Touch over seven furlongs and we get the chance in the Microtech Group Handicap. He did well to win at Ascot last time and wasn't stopping at the finish. He must have a chance here.

Innocent Touch has been frustrating. He has the ability to win a race such as the Jordan Electrics Ltd Handicap but hasn't been getting his head in front. He's crept up 18lb without winning this year which shows he's been running well but we need to break the run of placed efforts.

Ribchester goes down to Newbury for the Dubai Duty Free Mill Reef Stakes. We were delighted with his run in the Gimcrack at York last time and he has definitely come on a bit for it. The ground is the big question mark and you don't really know if he'll handle it - although we hope he will. If he does and has improved for York then he has a chance.

Mica Mika has been done no favours by the draw and is out in 17 for the Dubai Duty Free Handicap. That will make it tough for him for all he'll love the ground. He's on a career-high mark but is in great order right now.

On to Newmarket now and we have two in the 200,000 Tattersalls Millions Median Auction Trophy.

Nimr is quite a laid-back horse and the run at Carlisle on debut has done him the world of good. He won well there and is a colt we really like. This is a big pot and we've got one here to have a good go at it.

We also run First To Post who needs to step up to beat Nimr on what we see at home but is a talented colt in his own right and would hold place claims.

My Dad Syd is still a baby but we were a little surprised by how comfortably the winner beat him at Newmarket last day. He was clearly second best there but is improving all the time and tries again in the Aspall Handicap.

Spring Offensive bounced back to winning ways at Musselburgh last time. The Son Of Sid Fine Ale Furlong Handicap represents a step up in grade from that but he could be able to cope with it.

Our final runners are at Catterick.

Lydiate makes her debut in the British Stallion Studs EBF Maiden Stakes and goes alright. She might just need the run but tries very hard and would have a chance.

Awohaam is a good, hardy filly. The Michael Richardson 60th Birthday Nursery represents a drop in grade for her and while she is what she is, she'll run well.

I'm not sure where we are with Inaam. He showed nothing on his first start, was too free next time and then ran ok at Redcar. The handicapper hasn't taken any chances with a mark of 62 but the return to five furlongs should suit in the racinguk.com/anywhere 3 Devices 1 Price Nursery.
