Verdict
Theflyingportrait is only 2lb higher than when second in this last year. He’s a past winner around here and so is Baby King, though the latter was a well-beaten sixth 12 months ago and seems to have a mind of his own nowadays. CHARMANT was still travelling well when falling at Carlisle in March having won three of his first four starts over fences. He goes well fresh and acts on the ground so there is no reason why he won’t be in the firing-line. The Last Day easily landed the odds at Carlisle when last seen and further improvement is expected this season but Solar Impulse has done most of his winning on quicker surfaces, though did win a hurdle in France in June when it was soft. Lillington is probably high enough in the weights at present.
