Verdict

A competitive handicap which is likely to be run at a strong pace. Ballybolley's win at Market Rasen has been franked by the second, though he has nothing in hand on third Master Dee at the revised weights. The returning Gardefort is worth considering now that Venetia Williams' stable has hit form while it would be no surprise to see Warriors Tale make further progress this season. Pobbles Bay remains unexposed and course winner Virgilio can figure if the ground doesn't deteriorate. VOIX D'EAU is on a winning mark and Mikey Legg is familiar with his quirks. He should be cherry-ripe after a couple of runs and this is probably his best trip. Henry De Bromhead's Three Stars is potentially well treated and he shouldn't be underestimated.
