Verdict

Fandabidozi makes his handicap debut over hurdles but is just 1-28 in career starts. Gilbertina needs to bounce back from a poor run at Huntingdon in April and CHARLIE MY BOY is more progressive. He got off the mark in a novices’ handicap at Newton Abbot last month and has only been raised 4lb, though Harry Kimber is unable to claim in this. Copper Beach can’t be ignored despite a penalty for a wide-margin win at Uttoxeter but the maiden Split The Bill has switched stables.
