Verdict

RED RIDING HOOD, a half-sister to two winners including Listed winner Monday, has some fancy entries and connections will be disappointed if she doesn’t go close on her debut. Alseyoob carries a penalty but ran in the Sweet Solera after making a winning debut at Newmarket and should find this a bit easier. Dowally’s dam has produced winners with her first five foals to race and the Johnstons’ filly looks certain to emulate her siblings on the evidence of a close-up second at Kempton where Barrier lost all chance when almost falling out of the stalls.
