Verdict
Al Aasy and Mandoob were both non-runners at Chester yesterday and the former is clear at the weights if taking his chance. But STOWELL has plenty of scope for improvement this year and, with last month’s third in the Group 3 John Porter at Newbury under his belt, the Gosdens’ colt may prove the one to side. Third Realm failed to build on last year’s defeat of subsequent Derby winner Adayar at Lingfield and returns to action while Listed winner Universal Order missed the whole of last year but is weighted to beat both Nell Quickly and Something Enticing.
