Verdict

Musselburgh winner Haley Bop was only headed close home when attempting a follow up at Doncaster off a 6lb higher mark. Symbolic was backed to follow up his Chelmsford victory at Doncaster in May but only managed fifth. However, he's been given plenty of time to recover and looks the pick of his stable's two runners ahead of Vincent's Forever. Bedrock got back to winning ways at Haydock but only by a head and he seems better when there is give in the ground. War Story was beaten under a length over 7f at Sandown but still has a bit to prove over this extra furlong. We'll take a chance on TUKHOOM as he remains unexposed and didn't really act on soft going at Newmarket last time having impressed on good ground at Goodwood earlier.
