In depth

Verdict

All of these make their handicap debuts and Ayr winner Dark Points should go well for a yard with a good record in this contest. Soldier's Gold came good at Newbury and Quickfire narrowly won over a longer trip at Lingfield. Passionately is another to consider on an earlier success at Wetherby but IMPRESSIVE ACT is taken to return to form. The latter struggled dropped down to 5f last time but has been gelded subsequently and any improvement on his debut second at York in May will see Charlie Appleby’s charge go close.
