Verdict
Time To Shine and Lalagune have both shown fair form but it will be a surprise if this does not go to Feel The Pride, who has plenty in hand over her rivals on official ratings. Jonjo O'Neill's mare is the clear form pick on what she showed when landing handicaps at Haydock and Ayr in November and, although disappointing at Sandown last month, looks the one to be on here. Time To Shine, who has progressed from selling company to be a decent handicapper, rates the main danger judged by her last time out second behind Brekken Le Noir over course and distance. Alan King's Uttoxeter winner Lalagune is less exposed than her two main rivals and the daughter of Kadalko should not be discounted given her stable's current good form. Aberthatch showed signs of ability last season but was pulled up on her return at Folkestone in December, while Jim Old's Miss Mailmit may be better than she has shown so far. However, in a poor contest by the track's standards, Feel The Pride gets the vote.
