In depth

Verdict

Warningcamp gets the confident vote in the finale with Chilling Place and Motorway others to consider. The selection won well last time out when beating Basic Fact and although rising in the weights he looks progressive. He has conditions to suit and with this longer trip also likely to bring about improvement he is hard to oppose. Chilling Place rates the main danger as he returns to hurdles on a lower mark than his chase rating. However he looked far from straightforward last time out so he can not be put forward with any confidence. Motorway is another worthy of respect as he is dropping in grade but he looks the stable's second string on jockey bookings and is taken. First Row is from a shrewd yard who are in form so he could go well at a price but all his best form has come on a softer surface. Of the remainder, Predator is game and consistent but he is more exposed than most of these and with this in mind for the winner we return to the progressive Warningcamp.
