        Verdict

        DISTANT SUN went very close to catching Fol Hollow at Hamilton on his penultimate start and it could be his turn today. Ryedane has slipped back down to a winning mark but testing ground would be a worry for him though it's no problem for Two Turtle Doves, who showed a bit more when runner-up at Chepstow recently. Toffee Nose and Blue Noodles were both placed on their latest starts over today's trip and may figure again.
