In depth

Verdict

Acdc managed to win at Kelso earlier despite a less than fluent display of jumping but didn’t get away with a mistake at Newcastle last time when unseating. Strong Economy was placed here at the end of last year and dropped 10lb down the weights subsequently but Angus Milan has to race off a higher mark than when placed at Down Royal recently as he travels over from Ireland. BOBBIE’S DIAMOND won over 2m here before going close again over 2m4f in a novice chase. Upped in distance once again, he gets the nod back in a handicap today.
