In depth
Verdict
Lustrous has every chance at the weights but her best form came over 1m4f last year. Persona Grata is penalised having won a couple of Listed races in France last term but fast ground is a worry for her while Chain Of Daisies also carries a 3lb penalty for winning a Listed contest at Newmarket in October. BRANDYBEND finished third on that occasion but on these terms and with a recent run under her belt, Marco Botti’s filly may well reverse running. Hot Sauce and Elbereth have come up short at this level so far while the likes of Maleficent Queen, More Mischief and Tears of The Sun have all been winning handicaps. Namhroodah remains unexposed but this a tough task on her reappearance.
