Verdict
A trappy way to end the card at Ayr and Finmar is a far from confident selection to round off the meeting with a winner. Gem Bien, who ran as if in need of the outing last time is respected but has plenty on at the weights. Whereas Blue Star and Plutocrat are difficult horses to predict, so Highland Warrior, with Kieren Fallon booked for the ride, may provide the selection with the most to do. Finmar goes well at his local course and is holding his form well at present. The predicted showers should not be a problem for him if further rain gets into the ground and all looks set for another bold show from a Linda Perratt-trained runner at Ayr.
