Verdict

Lucky Beggar failed to land the odds at Bath when headed at the post but the race hasn't worked out. Star Of Rohm beat Bonnie Lesley when fifth at Ripon but hasn't matched the form of his debut run at York in a couple of starts since. It could pay to take a chance on a newcomer as Corton Lad and Elnadancer are related to winners and may figure but NORDIKHAB is out of a prolific mare and can count winning sprinters Timeless Call and Getcarter among his relatives. Kevin Ryan's charge may have enough speed to land this on his debut and gets the nod.
