    Verdict

Byron Lamb is becoming something of a track specialist with four course victories to his name including an impressive 26-length victory over this trip on his chasing debut last month. The Nicky Richards-trained gelding was then far from disgraced when second behind a useful performer here on Boxing Day but meets nothing of that calibre on this occasion and should have little difficulty in notching his second win over fences. Sir Storm has proved consistent over the larger obstacles but his overall form leaves him with something to find with the selection on these terms while the remainder are hard to seriously fancy.
