In depth

Verdict

Signora Camacho placed again when second at Haydock on her handicap bow but STORMY PEARL made a successful debut in handicaps when scoring with plenty in hand at Hamilton. She’s been raised 9lb but this won’t take much winning and Rebecca Menzies’ yard is in fine form. Dixiedoodledragon made no impression at Pontefract while Fiery Bond and Professor Pesca may prove best of those handicapping for the first time.
