Written Broadcast was a close fourth in this last year when 3lb higher in the weights and only headed close home at Catterick earlier this month but NORTHBOUND makes more appeal. He was probably given much to do at Thirsk last time and Paul Hanagan is likely to have him closer to the pace here. Cobra Kai was going well before a poor run here 11 days ago when, along with favourite Monhammer, he finished well beaten and behind both Frog And Toad and Bobby Shaftoe. Flying Pursuit is hard to win with nowadays.
