        Verdict

        Becky Smith rode the winner a year ago and today's mount Donnachies Girl has dropped to her lowest mark in two years and ran quite well on her comeback at Hamilton. Serena Brotherton has been booked for recent Musselburgh winner Elite Icon who will love the ground and trip so looks certain to get into contention while Strictly Art has dropped to a mark he should be winning from soon and was only beaten a length over the trip at Yarmouth. Shine Baby Shine does best on artificial surfaces and could find this a bit sharp but PAMMI looks reasonably treated, won't mind the trip or fround, and her rider's claim can see her back in the winner's enclosure.
