In depth

Verdict

Peters Grey showed ability back in 2015 but hasn’t run since May of that year so this will probably chiefly concern Fattsota and Irish raider CADEAU DU BRESIL. David O’Meara’s formerly useful Flat performer got off the mark at Musselburgh earlier this month but didn’t look an easy ride and is getting a bit long in the tooth. Gordon Elliott’s five-year-old gets the nod, therefore, as he ran well under a penalty at Navan after landing a Limerick maiden. It’s difficult to make a case for any of the remaining trio.
