Verdict
TOSHI is a rare winner nowadays but wasn't disgraced in an amateurs' race over 2m at Musselburgh last time and that's actually the best recent form on offer in this low grade handicap. Vittachi has been in poor form so far this year though he won at Catterick in October and can race off the same mark with an apprentice's claim taken into consideration, while Bandanaman was placed over similar trips on the Flat last year. Sydney Cove has been in fair form over timber but it's hard to make a serious case for any of the remainder.
