Verdict
ROYAL PLAZA has yet to win a chase but went close to doing so when runner-up at Huntingdon earlier in the month and can go one better under Richard Johnson today. Well Above Par made a promising start over fences when runner-up at Perth with Backinthesaddle well behind and Buffalo Ballet went close over course and distance at the end of last season. Socksy showed progressive form over hurdles earlier this year and makes her chasing bow along with Glingerside, who won over timber here back in January.
