Verdict

Buffalo Ballet could give a boost to the recent course and distance victory of HILLS OF DUBAI (NAP) in the previous race. Considering he was making his chasing debut that day, Donald McCain’s novice jumped really well and never looked in any danger. A 7lb rise is fully justified as he could be the type to go on to better things. Calivigny travelled strongly for a long way over 3m here last time so should be suited by the drop back in distance. He holds Valzan and Un Noble on that run, though is now 0-11 over fences. Road To Gold and Present Flight have long absences to overcome.
