Verdict

This looks one for market watchers. Fix The Bill ran very well when runner-up over hurdles at Gowran while Mahlers Dollar travelled nicely throughout over 2m4f on the same track without finding much at the business end. Jamie Codd's presence on Elusive Gigolo suggests the €40,000 purchase is ahead of Mars Harper in the stable pecking order while Jesse Evans has a Flat pedigree though is a half-brother to a winning jumper. BUBBLES IN MAY looks well bought at €6,500 as she's by leading NH sire Stowaway out of a mare from a top family. Patrick Mullins takes the ride and his mount's chances would be enhanced by positive market moves.
