Verdict

HELL BENT, who won the Cork Derby at this trip just over a year ago, led for most of the way when tackling 1m6f at Fairyhouse earlier this month and can get back to winning ways. He holds Last Ammo on that latter run but Vischio, three-times a winner over hurdles, bounced back to form with a convincing victory in a Cork handicap and a 5lb rise isn't excessive. Mr Rango's last success came over a huge field over 1m2f on heavy ground at the Curragh in October but he's now 17lb higher.
