Verdict

Run Hurricane made a promising debut in a big field at Cork on Friday and the decision to bring him out so quickly is interesting. Uptake made too many mistakes in point-to-points but still showed potential and this won't be a problem for him while Love On Top made very good progress from her opening run to finish close-up at Cork in November and should get into the mix if fit enough after a break. Emmy Lou wasn't suited by fast ground at Wexford earlier this month after a much better run on soft ground there earlier but a chance is taken with the newcomer VINNIES SON. Jimmy Lambe's charge is a half-brother to five winners and out of a winning bumper so his pedigree suggests he could be good enough to make a successful start.
