In depth

Verdict

There is undoubtedly more to come from Choc Thornton's chosen mount Credit Crunched, who was returning from a long absence when sixth at Kempton. Fill The Power hinted at ability on his first start over timber at Wetherby, while Seymour Eric was completing for the first time when fifth at Chepstow and should improve as he gains confidence. But this looks a straightforward task for WHOOPS A DAISY, who drew readily clear of subsequent easy winner Charminster on her hurdling debut at Hereford and has bags of scope.
