      Pridewood Fuggle Ground and trip not a problem and should go well especially as a more capable jockey has been booked (ridden on last two runs by amateurs.)

      Allegiance On a decent run of form and trip and ground will suit; perhaps held by Dare on recent run; definetely one to consider.

      Dare This longer trip may be a problem and is creeping up the weights; acts on the ground but has kept finding one too good recently.

      Harcamone (FR) Inconsistent somewhat but ground and trip will suit; 9lb higher than when winning latest Warwick novices' handicap.

      Tanseeq Has a lot to prove on first run since April and lost his form towards the end of last season.

      Meg's Memory (IRE) Never been tried on heavy before though has won on soft; off since 1998 when she had some decent selling hurdle form.

      Victory Roll Plugged on to win Folkestone handicap under similar conditions last time but more on his plate this time in better-contested event.

      Wilton Nicely handicapped on flat form and having first run in a handicap here; won on heavy on the flat but there must be stamina doubts.
